Daily Campus Tours & Information Session

Wooster offers individual visit experiences throughout the week. All individual visits include a student-led campus tour and the option to attend an information session led by an admissions representative. Additional visit options are subject to availability.

Students interested in participating in a Division III sport may request to meet with a coach (subject to availability).

We invite you and your family to enjoy a day with Wooster鈥檚 spirited students and staff. All ages of high school students are encouraged to attend. As our guest, you will attend a mock application review session, connect with current students and faculty, explore campus on a guided tour, and enjoy lunch in our dining hall.

Secure your $4,000 69直播 Award!

Prospective students who attend an on-campus, in-person visit coordinated through the Office of Admissions will automatically receive a $4,000 ($1,000 annually) Wooster 69直播 Award upon admission. Find a day that works for you, register for your visit, and secure your award.

*Students must be U.S. citizens who coordinate and complete an in-person visit through the Office of Admissions by or on December 15 of their senior year. The Wooster 69直播 Award, once confirmed by the Admissions Office, will be included in the financial aid offer following admission.

Transfer students applying for Spring 2027 (January) entry must be U.S. Citizens who visit by or on December 15, 2026. Transfer students applying for Fall 2026 entry must visit by June 15, 2026.

The Wooster 69直播 Award is applicable to tuition only. Students who are eligible for and awarded funds that cover full tuition such as the Great Lakes College Association (GLCA) program, Wooster鈥檚 employee tuition remission, Veteran鈥檚 Education Benefits, or a full tuition merit award are ineligible.

How do I prepare for a safe and enjoyable visit to Wooster?

We look forward to welcoming you to campus. Be sure to dress for the weather and wear comfortable shoes. You will receive an itinerary a few days ahead of your visit as well as at check in.
When should I arrive to the Office of Admissions for my visit?

Please arrive for your visit 15 minutes before the start of your first appointment.  We welcome guests to check-in at our front desk in the admissions lobby. Lobby restrooms and refreshments are available for all guests.
Can I schedule a campus tour? Will multiple families tour together? All high school students and their family members can enjoy a student-led campus tour.  Our campus tours are individualized whenever possible. If you attend a larger visit program, you will be grouped with other families.
How many guests will I be able to bring with me? We do not have a guest limit.
Can I schedule a conversation with an admissions staff representative? All high school students may request an on-campus interview/conversation with a member of our admissions staff.  We believe current high school seniors find these conversations most beneficial.
I鈥檝e requested to talk with a coach. Where will we meet? If the coach or program representative is available during the day of your visit, we will indicate the time and location of the meeting upon check-in.
Will there be dining options on-campus? In the surrounding community? Students and their guests may request to dine on campus during most individual visits and selected visit programs. We highly recommend families explore our local Wooster restaurants. Some of our favorite downtown spots include Broken Rocks, Basil, Local Roots (local co-op), Mariola鈥檚 Italian, and the Leaf.
Am I able to meet with a professor or attend a class?

Students can request to meet with a professor and/or attend an in-person class as available. Most individual visit dates and selected weekday visit programs during the academic year offer these activities.

Are airport shuttles available for students traveling alone? Students traveling alone to campus for individual visits or visit programs may request a shuttle to and from the Cleveland airport. Requests for a shuttle should be made in the event registration form. Please note that shuttle requests require a 2-week notice.
Do you accommodate walk-in visitors?

We cannot guarantee a tour or interview if you have not registered in advance, but feel free to stop in the Admissions Office (847 College Ave.) during open hours.

You are welcome to enjoy a self-guided tour should you find yourself traveling near Wooster. Campus maps are available next to the entrance of the Admissions Office.
